I have been working at CPQD, a Brazilian company focused on technological innovation in ICT, since December 1993. I have experience in project management and workgroup coordination applied to project management, quality systems, agile methodologies and tools. I have a degree in Physics from UNICAMP and an MBA in Business Management from ESAMC (Brazilian universities). I am a PMP credential holder from Project Management Institute, certified as a PSM by Srum.org and designated as a KMP by Kanban University.The purpose of my current position as Business Agility Manager is to promote actions that aim to improve the delivery of value to customers, engaging teams in a clear vision of agility, providing flexibility, resilience and freedom to respond to changes and achieve the organization's strategic goals. I really like several aspects of my job. It is very motivating to work with R&D projects, lead a high-performing team, and be part of the organization's digital transformation.I also worked as a Project Management Operations Manager which includes responsibilities for project management resource planning, training project management professionals, establishing process and tool improvements, and disseminating project management culture and skills to the organization. Prior to that, for 11 years, I worked as a project management professional, including software development projects, software systems deployment, process improvement projects and research projects related to energy efficiency, security, voice/face biometrics and artificial intelligence.At the same time, I was the process quality coordinator and workgroup leader in defining project management process. I have lead the CMMI internal assessment and I was a member of the official evaluation team of CMMI level 3 in 2006.In activities prior to 2003 from the beginning of my professional trajectory, I worked in optoelectronics, including automation of electro-optical characterization of lasers and photodetectors, optical network analysis, design of current and voltage sources and accelerated degradation systems of electro-optical semiconductors.I am always interested in hear from you, so feel free to contact me.Kind regards.
