This allows in-house and dealers to login and see their territories, customers and account status. Technologies used include Java, SQLServer, Struts.ReadingPlus Hosted: I configured f5 load balancers and session management and handled the move of an on site application to a data center fault tolerant application. I also developed load testing software.ReadingPlus LAN: I converted the server side Apache Tomcat/ Java Applet/ SQLServer application to a Apache/Firebird application that could be installed locally. This included a caching server for applets, so we could distribute jars to local installations for upgrades.Support Desk: I managed and created the support desk for Reading Plus. At this time I had to manage the implementation of the application to all schools in Miami Dade county and our other domestic/International customers.ReadingPlus Visagraph : Eyetracking hardware/software. I managed the migration from an overseas vendor to a local manufacturer. This included validation and certification of the hardware and managing the development of the analysis software.I built the corporate website and implementation software. Technologies included PHP, Concrete5, SQLServer, MySQL.Support/ Conferences: During this period I was primary support for all large sales and gave many technical demonstrations of our software and presented at dealer conferences.
