As an independent consultant, I help tech companies achieve business goals through effective communication. I ideate, research, write, and edit copy, but also manage B2B content projects (KanbanPM, Scrum). Apart from that, I prepare and deliver related training sessions and courses, and occasionally act as a UX copywriter, academic writing tutor, and translator (Spanish–English–Polish).

Having completed a certified Teacher Training in 2024, I offer classes combining classic Kundalini Yoga, pranayams, and relaxation with journaling, dance, and other forms of conscious movement. My interests include body awareness, self-compassion, emotional regulation, and building a better relationship with yourself. In addition to KY teachings, my approach is inspired by Internal Family Systems Therapy, Alexander Lowen's Bioenergetics, Tao, and White Tantra. My vision is to create spaces where everyone, especially PTSD survivors, can return safely to the body and choose life despite past hurts. To do so, I'm continuing to train as a Sound and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Therapist (2024-2025).
