- supervising the functioning of a seven-person team of operators of the Network Operations Center,- creating a work schedule to ensure continuity of operator service,- supervising the timeliness and obligation of assigned tasks,- onboarding and training a new team,- employee documentation management.

- monitoring and management of the nationwide fiber optic network in terms of the physical layer, IP and DWDM, and supervision of collocations throughout Poland (Zabbix, Cacti, Ekinops, iMaster NCE, Transmode TNW),- identifying irregularities and failures in the network, coordination of service and planned works,- during storms in 2022 thanks to good coordination and cooperation of the team, we have maintained the continuity of guaranteed power supply to our facilities throughout Poland, using historically the largest resources of equipment and people so far,- providing high-quality first-line support for Polish and foreign clients,- locating the collision of earthworks with the nationwide fiber optic network based on geodetic maps.

- Brand Development & Visual Identity: Built and defined the Pole&Pic brand, specializing in feminine empowerment and pole dance photography. Used Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for high-quality visual content and social media graphics.- Graphic Design: Developed marketing materials and digital assets using Figma, and Canva to ensure consistency across platforms.- Web Design & Development: Created and maintained the Pole&Pic website using WordPress, integrating custom functionality with HTML5, CSS3.- Creative Strategy: Utilized user experience research and visual design principles to align creative concepts with the brand’s vision and audience needs.- Photography: Maintained 30+ photohoots and over 5 collaborations with various teams and clients, including corporate client.

- working with a dedicated ERP system (WMS), developing BOMs,- supervising the correctness of technological processes by analyzing the product at every stage - from raw material to the finished product, and keeping appropriate documentation and archiving the quality of products,- solving internal complaints along with their documentation and archiving,- estimating the cost of the finished product.
