Responsible for the acquisition and development of Muir Group commercial sites throughout Scotland. Key achievements include:1. The recent completion of forward funded occupier transaction for Board 24 at Eurocentral. The building extends circa 108,500 sq ft on a 5.5 acre site and is our first development at Eurocentral.2. A pre-let Amazon last mile delivery facility in Glasgow which is Amazon's first bespoke last mile delivery facility in Scotland;3. The acquisition of 20 acres of logistics development land at Eurocentral, J7 M8 from Muse4. The acquisition of a 26 acre development site at Glasgow Business Park, J9 M85. The delivery of 13 projects (7 of which were pre-lets) totalling 532,000 square feet of office and industrial space in Aberdeen; and6. The completion of a 80 bed Premier Inn Hotel in Perth with a joint venture partner. These deals were funded with a mixture of equity, bank debt and forward funding which I was responsible for delivering along with the ultimate sales of the developments.

Responsible for a number of Scottish development projects including the a 60,000 sq ft office development in Glasgow (One Waterloo Street), 3-8 St Andrew's Square and a Business Park development in Aberdeen. I was also initially responsible for the purchase and asset management of projects in Europe before Stockland's decision to withdraw back to the UK. The role included working with a number of joint venture partners with varied third party funding structures.

Focus on the purchase and asset management of properties for a European portfolio concentrating on Spain, Portugal, France and Germany. I was also seconded to an in-house managed listed property company where I created a new financial model for the whole portfolio whilst asset managing a number of projects.

Key responsibilities included the redevelopment, leasing and sale of Tishman's portfolio of London assets including reporting to New York on all of Tishman's European Assets.

Varied role working in property management, asset management, finance and investment. Whilst at JLL, I was elected as a Professional Associate of the RICS in November 1995.
