- Manage and co-ordinate global expert risk review process - Manage and co-ordinate MS Amlin's Group level breach and exception process- Create and develop Underwriting Controls submissions for various committees- Manage and responsible for the update of key Underwriting Controls documents- Lead on various Underwriting Controls projects

- Develop reports that give users key underwriting information- Design underwriting procedures for a new Lloyd’s syndicate- Analysis of underwriting information produced by reports - Liaise with Lloyd’s PMDR returns to ensure that the correct pricing and underwriting information is reported on a monthly basis- Communicate the PMDR feedback through to the relevant business areas- Underwriting Exception Reporting- Present analysis to underwriting committee on a monthly basis

- Design and operate underwriting, claims, compliance and risk management reports for a specialist insurance underwrite. - Deal with any issues that arise from the operation of these reports- Maintain key internal relationships across the business- Challenge any issues found with underwriting and claims authority limits- Deliver presentations showing report trends and issues to senior stakeholders- Assist compliance team with their monthly audit of approved brokers- Analyse underwriting and claims data to provide conclusions to risk management- Support risk management run an annual review of all underwriter and claims manager authority limits- Create and develop detailed and user friendly operations manuals- Redevelop and refine reports, to improve the monitoring and reporting process- Support and train teams to understand, and comply with the company’s internal controls practises- Develop training materials to help stakeholders understand controls
