As a specialist Learning Management Systems administrator at EVBox, my focus lies in managing the organisation's learning platform end-to-end, from design and implementation to maintenance and troubleshooting. During my tenure, I’ve driven impactful improvements such as implementing the technical recertification processes, standardised content and certifications across more than 5 languages and greatly improved the usability of the learning system. These initiatives have resulted in a fivefold increase in platform usage year to date, greatly enhancing the learning experience for internal and external users.My professional background has equipped me with a strong skill set in data analysis, system management and problem-solving. I am proficient at identifying root causes, streamlining processes and managing stakeholder relationships.
