• Assess program and project needs and resources as necessary ensuring designated funding is requested and approved and evaluation of their effectiveness is tracked.
• Complete responsibility of EMEA Project Implementation and departmental P&L.
• Escalation point for all Implementation issues and risks.
• Ensuring the client receives a “white glove” service and their experience with Speedcast and the Department is faultless.
• Responsible for production and roll out of the Service Implementation Charter which covered:o Acceleration of Order to Casho Professional and Customer Focused Documentation and Communicationo Continual Improvemento Lag.

• Overall leadership of the EMEA Programme / Project, Systems Integration, Maintenance and Manufacture and Remote Workers departments. This included the resourcing of all Programs and Projects.
• Accountable for complete Project P&L associated to an annual regional revenue of $180M including full life cycle of project delivery from proposal assistance, to design and finally implementation and handover.
• Program and Projects include the following technologies and systems:o VSAT (TDMA, SCPC and AVSAT)o PAGAo Radio Marine and Aeronautical (UHF, VHF & HF)o GMDSSo CCTVo LAN / WAN Networkso Meteorological Systemso Fire and.
• Responsible for EMEA PMO function (governance, best practice and overall risk management).
• Projects include, technical telecommunications, marketing, internal Six Sigma type cost reduction and software implementation.
• Chair of multi-department and location, Operational / Programme meetings and actions resolution.
