My role is to lead the design, development and implementation of the people agenda for the key retail transformation projects aligned with the 5 retail priorities. Secondment position to support the Concept to Customer project. This role enabled me to gain a holistic understanding of wilko processes, from product concept to reaching the retail shelves. I had the opportunity to interview stakeholders in all parts of the business to uncover where processes were robust and where they required improvement. This also involved a trip to wilko's Hong Kong sourcing office.The results were delivered to Holding Board and formed the foundation of the current Programme office portfolio.
