Over the last three years I've worked in a number of roles. I am the Regulatory Lead for Amplified Global, working closely with the startup's management team to provide regulatory analysis and stakeholder engagement, and led the organisation's successful entry to the FCA's Digital sandbox, LawtechUK Sandbox, and other innovation spaces. As a Senior Associate of Innovate Identity I provide digital identity market research, implementation analysis and analysis of identity standards for a range of cross-sector clients. Through Upstream Insight I provide scenario planning-based research, training and thought leadership. We provide clients with actionable insights and visionary futures analysis.Prior to this I spent a number of years as a Policy Director at UK Finance and the British Bankers Association as Director for Retail Banking, covering a range of policy portfolios including personal banking, conduct, access to banking, and digital identity in financial services. This was following the 6 years I spent as Director of Policy and Insights for the ACCA, and before that RIBA and RICS in London and Brussels.I am a founder member of the UK Civil Aviation Authority’s Future Advisory Group and a member of the UK Fintech Delivery Panel’s Digital Identity Steering Group.
