Responsibilities included:- Overseeing of Trial Master File (TMF) documents, ensuring good quality and completness.- Coordinating preparation of Investigators and Monitors meetings in cooperation with Study Team members, Conference Team and Third Party Vendors.- Responsibility for Firecrest - portal for Investigators. Set-up activities, calls with Vendors, Procol overview training revision.- Participating in Clinical Study Protocol (CSP) creation and revision in Angel. - Maintaining information regarding clinical trial in IMPACT (CTMS).- Sharing knowledge with new or less experience colleagues and introducing them to their duties.- Preparation of reports, presentations, official information, summarizes and meeting minutes.- Administrative support for Global and Local Study Teams in preparation of internal and external meetings

Responsibilities included:- Updating, collecting and entry data for systems using in clinical trials, e.g. CTMS.- Archiving of clinical trial documentation in eTMF. - Preparation of reports using data of many systems.- Preparation of presentations, meeting minutes and official communication.- Providing Global Study Team members with the administrative and technical support.
