As a GIS Manager at ORC, I lead the collection, analysis, manipulation, and creation of maps for private and public right of way projects. I also create interactive online web map applications, 3D maps, and exhibits for project status reference and elevation research. I manage our GIS department to ensure production of deliverables that exceed expectations.With a B.A. in Environmental Policy and Analysis and a certification in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications, I have a strong background in GIS, IT, and cartography. I developed a training plan for new GIS employees, provided supplemental IT support for the organization, and stayed current with industry certifications. I am passionate about researching and implementing new technology to advance ORC in the marketplace.
