Undergraduate Research in the area of ​​Biomedical Instrumentation.In this project, I participated in the study and development of an economically feasible and innovative solution to the recurring problem of monitoring patients with respiratory failure in ICUs who use orotracheal tubes. After several studies and research in hospitals, in order to understand the roots and specifications of the problem, I helped to build a Medical-Hospital Equipment, the Digital Cafometer, which has the appropriate functionality to guarantee the patient's recovery, besides having a simple and intuitive interface. It was developed using the Arduino platform.The project resulted in a patent opening and presentation at the Biomedical Engineering Innovation Symposium.
