Elliot Watson is a Group Treasurer at Axi at Axi. Colleagues describe them as "Elliot has been the rock that any good team and team leader needs through the good times and bad. Since the beginning of Enactus Kent he has always been an integral part of the group successfully driving the group forwards, over time gaining the title of 'Mr.Fix It' for his solution based approach to tense and difficult situations. This year he has taken the initiative in so many different aspects within the group. Initially he volunteered to fill in for the vacant head of marketing role, as he appreciated the importance for our group to fill this role. This was a role he had no experience in, however he was willing to learn and successfully adapt to what the role required. This term Elliot has once again placed the needs of Enactus Kent above his own. He saw a clear issue and was happy to take on the role of internal Vp in order to ensure 20-30 members of the group did not become disengaged. As a result our members have a lot of respect for him and feel fully comfortable asking him for any advice, as his highly intellectual approach provides a very insightful response to any challenges our members face. This is why I strongly believe he would add a lot of value to any future teams he represents. All in all his constant critical thinking and effective member engagement have been some of the key reasons Enactus Kent has always strived for nothing but top quality action and has enabled strong succession plans to be cemented. We have built a fantastic friendship and i'm proud to have had the pleasure of working together, thank you."
