I'm not a superhero. I don't have extra-human abilities. But if learning were a superpower, this might be a different story. As long as I can remember, I have loved learning and had an insatiable curiosity. I have always been a quick study and have never been afraid to take on new challenges.I am a lifelong learner and a self-prescribed generalist with a lot of diverse interests and disparate skills. This has allowed me to seamlessly fill a number of seemingly unrelated roles throughout my career, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to each of them.The unifying theme that has guided both my career trajectory and learning journey is COMMUNICATION. Whether I am playing piano, teaching a class or piano lesson, building a website, writing a line of code, or designing a user interface or branding kit, it is all about communication. It is about finding the best way to convey an idea or concept to my audience. But even deeper than that, it is about building relationships and rapport and seeking to truly understanding my audience with the express purpose of making their lives better.In my current role, I am a Software Engineer for a small, transparent Pharmacy Benefit Management company that is working to disrupt the Pharmacy Benefits Industry. I spend most of my time working in the Microsoft Power Platform, building and maintaining software and automations that are used internally.
