Responsible for establishing, managing and delivering against the Strategic Sourcing & Procurements Source to Contract Strategy and Process. Ensuring alignment to the overall Strategic Vision and Strategic Imperatives of all Key Stakeholders and platforms/technologies that enable that process along with the Policies that govern it and the Performance Analytics that ensure visibility to operational performance and opportunities for continuous improvement.

As the Global Process Owner, I am responsible for leadership of the Contracts Center of Excellence. BMS’ Contract Management processes impact nearly 8,000 BMS employees and all of our Suppliers and Customers. This role manages a team of seven people in multiple locations who are tasked with the delivery to all markets of the end-to-end contract management process. I have direct responsibility for management, governance, end user training and continuous process improvement across all operations globally. In addition, the position has oversight over several third-party providers (United Lex, Robert Half etc.) that manage the day-to-day delivery of these services or technologies (United Lex, Onyx, Ariba, Accenture and EchoSign) I’m also driving the Contracts Center of Excellence’s (CCE) transformation to streamline and simplify BMS’ global policy, process and system. • Oversight of day-to-day delivery of contract operations including the support for Internal Audit reports and actions, Legal requests, Business Development efforts and Compliance investigations. • Establish and communicate a clear vision for the Contracts Center of Excellence, which is linked to the overall strategy of the business and drives savings and growth through productivity. Contributes to/embraces the vision for BFS and communicates that vision effectively throughout the organization and to external stakeholders. Acts as a spokesperson for BFS and also as an advocate for the business units being served. • Lead all CCE implementations across the globe, establishing appropriate milestones and time lines across multiple and integrated projects, and monitors achievement of goals and actions taken to resolve conflicts of resources and priorities. • Responsible for the development and execution of a global strategy for relevant policies, processes & technology focusing on:• Standardization • Globalization • Customer service • Training of end users • Cost reduction/value creation

Lead the Global Procurement organization by providing Global Procurement technology strategy development. Accountable for informing and influencing interdependent BMS technologies, strategy and systems ensuring engagement with key business users. Responsible for Conducting business systems analysis and prioritization of technology projects to enable GP. Lead proactive relationships with software vendors to influence product development. Knowledgeable about industry benchmarking of technology systems and applications for GP.
