Oversaw $180 million operating budget and all aspects of the fleet and transportation/logistics departments for planning and execution of 60,000 OTR shipments, 20,000 rail car moves, 3,000 private fleet vehicles, 1,050 rail cars, and 1,800 company drivers located in 170 locations across 4 countries. Directed complete vehicle life cycle including specifications, procurement, lease negotiations, and vehicle maintenance programs. Implemented Lean Six Sigma initiatives within the fleet, transportation, logistics, manufacturing, and business development areas.
