As the Head of Procurement and Biomedical Engineering Consultant at Novomed, One of the most important medical groups in UAE, I lead a team of professionals to manage the sourcing and contracting of corporate staff services and clinic preparations across multiple regions and business Units. With over six years of procurement experience, I have successfully delivered substantial cost savings, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced supplier performance and relationships.I am passionate about driving innovation and intellectual leadership in the healthcare field, managing and implementing medical institutions, and equipping medical devices and their accessories. I have worked as a project manager for more than one clinic and hospital affiliated with the Novomed Group, such as the Novomed Aesthetica Clinic in Dubai Jumeirah, Novomed Hospital Abu Dhabi, and Novomed Wellness Clinic in Dubai, in addition to the Novomed Clinic in Mohammed Bin Zayed City in Abu Dhabi. I have contributed fundamentally to their completion in the best possible way, starting from a pencil until large furniture such as medical equipment and heavy equipment.
