Since I was a kid, I could recall myself been both very curious and social. These traits have been my moral compass to become a leader.However, nobody prepared me to cope with the struggles to become a leader for teams located all over the world. I guess I learned the hard way how to transition from a technical to a managerial role, and I wish someone would have mentored me in this process.  My purpose is to help other professionals that would find a struggle when leading teams in global environments. By sharing the know-how that I have recalled for the past 15 years, I would love to give you tools to help you grow as a leader.
