Possessing over 20 years of Event Planning Experience. It has been a life long goal to own and operate a thriving Event Planning Organization. Exquisite Events Management currently services the Non-profit, Government and Private Sectors. Prior to the Event Planning Profession becoming such a thriving industry she was always designated as the Event Planner in the family or at the office because everyone recognized the creativity that she possessed. She planned birthday parties for friends, showers, and so forth. At work she was always the designated meeting planner and holiday party planner. Then she got her big break to plan a wedding for a co-worker years ago. Immediately after that she sat down and wrote out her vision for what she wanted the company that she would work for to embody. "Who knew that just writing what I wanted on paper would manifest right before my very eyes". She works for a dynamic company and often freelances for different companies, non-profits and faith based organizations during her free time and she knows that with out a shadow of doubt that she is walking in what she have been gifted and called to do.Monica obtained her Associates Degree in Entrepreneurial Studies from Anne Arundel Community College and is currently Pursuing her B.S. in Business Administration & Management.
