Emerging Digital Academy is a 5-month Full Stack Engineering Bootcamp that focuses on learning the fundamentals of web development. At EDA I learned the PERN stack. PostgreSQL, Express, React.js, and Node.js. This program ends with building two large full-stack applications. Coffee for Good: Collaborated on the development of a comprehensive dashboard application featuring a login portal for potential supporters and the companies we support. This was a solo-project that I completed on my own and presented at Emerging Digital Academy and live on Facebook. Starting Line FM: Worked with North Dakota State University to create an innovative application designed to connect entrepreneurs with subject matter experts in the Fargo-Moorhead area. I led the initiatives for test-driven development using Jest, built user-based functionality including list creation, authentication and authorization, the homepage UI, and user resource management.Through these projects, I not only honed my technical skills but also applied them to real-world scenarios, demonstrating my ability to develop meaningful and functional web applications. My experience at Emerging Digital Academy has prepared me to tackle complex challenges and contribute effectively to any development team.
