QA - testing new features and updates to the platform across various devices at different stages of the development process. Catching as many bugs as I can before our users might encounter them. When users do report bugs, I step in to reproduce them and check against the experience on other devices and browsers.Artist advocate - A point of contact between our userbase and the Magma team.Writing guides and producing videos around new features to the software.Engaging with user-base and community about new features, and gathering feedback.Researching users' workflows to inform feature development. Hosting live streams with the Magma community that are both casual and educational.Conducting interviews with our users to better understand their interests, what they're doing in Magma, and why they keep coming back.Also- assisting with Support, handling queries from users and moderating public spaces that Magma manages;- joining Sales calls and demos of the software to potential clients.

Gathering information and inspiration for new digital artists interested in the entertainment arts industry. This includes producing written and video reviews of digital art-related hardware and software, such as drawing tablets and painting apps.

The NMB Transition Network promotes and facilitates a shift in from a very oil-dependent and energy-intensive society toward one that is locally resilient. My role in the network mostly involves facilitating events and workshops, while also maintaining the website and mailing list.
