In the beginning I would go through CPAP supply orders and obtain the documents we needed to bill insurance, also insurance authorizations if applicable. After 8 months I was given a specialty Insurance, Capital Health Plan, CHP of Florida. No one in our company works these orders. Our company has been through a lot of changes(being bought Linacre, shutting down our other call center in TX) I'm the only one that knows how to handle these orders and insurance at our location. I've trained a few reps on CHP, so they can be completed properly in the event I am out. I communicate a lot with our Tallahassee branch. I stay on top of our sales/order process and try my best to make sure that everyone complies with the CHP process so that the company doesn't lose money. I've made helpful step by step training documents for new employees to help guide them throughout our system, to help them in searching for new orders, maneuvering thru these orders and how to obtain the documents they need. Step by step guidelines the move through different insurance portals to obtain authorizations for supplies. I take initiative and do what needs to be done without being asked to do so. We do not currently have a team lead but I have the potential, the knowledge and the personable attitude to be one.

Entered daily time, job check in, job check out, office and drive time for up to 6 technicians, made files for new customers, filed all paperwork, collected money from delinquent accounts, sent invoice bi monthly, cleaned and maintained the office by organizing and of course cleaning. haha and ordering all office supplies from TP, coffee to pens and file folders.
