About Eylem Özyılmaz
It has been 20 years since I received my first customer call in the call center. Since then , I love to solve customer complaints, to serve them, to find a creative way to make happy customers. I worked in call centers in Telecommunication (GSM), logistics, tourism industry (car rental - rent a car) as customer representative, team leader, unit manager and Call Center manager. So I am very experienced about Customer Service as a specialist and a manager. During all my career, I have managed people and I love it. I am very experienced about establishing a customer satisfaction focused environment in my workplace.I have been working in corporate companies for years in the fields of customer service, customer demands, customer loyalty, customer acquisition, customer recovery, customer complaints, customer satisfaction, customer classification, CRM, customer surveys. I have been working in the field of online marketing and online behavior of customers for the last 7-8 years. I managed online marketing budgets of about 2 million TL per year, alone and together with the agencies.In the tourism sector, I have managed the operations, reservations, customer satisfaction, customer complaints, call center and marketing departments of an international company for the last 14 years. For the past 8 years, I have been managing pricing strategies, product campaigns, utilization and efficiency in car rental business.Thanks to trainings i received, I created recruitment negotiation processes in order to select my teammates. I created the training processes for teammates who joined the team and I trained them.Together with the human resources department, I actively worked in Human Resources Processes such as performance management system, recruitment system, grading system and suggestion system.
