As an assistant CRM campaign manager, my missions were mainly related to the creation and deployment of CRM communications (building email briefs, writing SMS & Push notifications, building targeting briefs, checking and validating counts and proofs...).Secondly, I was in charge of the competitive intelligence report for the CRM.In parallel to these recurring activities, I had the chance to participate regularly in other projects such as- Managing some trade issues, helping to set up the Chanel post-purchase triggers, managing exchanges with the brand to validate the emails, back and forth with the artistic direction...- Development of emails on the Fashion Week theme in partnership with L'Oréal (Yves-Saint-Laurent and Giorgio Armani)- Participation in the project "Marionnaud s'engage pour l'Ukraine", management of the email development.

I had the chance to do my first year internship at the French permanent Missionto the United Nations for two months, in New York City. I was assigned to the SGA (administrative and accounting department of the mission, acronym of Secrétariat Générale d'Ambassade) for which I carried out various tasks.
