ROLE:As Digital Media and Marketing Manager, Kyle is responsible for providing all marketing support for each service line including: agency leasing, property and facility management, investment services, tenant advisory, development and research. In this capacity he develops, creates and implements marketing strategies with required collateral for new business proposals, presentations.CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:Kyle joins Blanca CRE with 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and with over 20 years in the marketing and design field.During his tenure at Transwestern CRE he was a dependable resource for the brokerage teams in the Miami office providing high level marketing and support as well as day-to-day execution. He has consistently been recognized as a Top Employee both locally and nationally and was asked to present at the Transwestern national marketing conference to discuss efficient was to produce video content. Prior to joining Transwestern, Kyle was employed by Southeast Publications, Inc. Prior to that, he was a freelance designer working for several companies across multiple industries and formed Creative Flow Media LLC.PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS/RECOGNITION:Kyle is a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA). Kyle received the 2018 “Team Player” award for continued excellence in managing the marketing and art direction for several commercial real estate teams for Transwestern Florida. Kyle received the 2015 & 2016 “Employee of the Year Award” and 2017 “Regional Employee of the Year Award” for his contribution to Transwestern’s culture and success in the Southeast Region.EDUCATION:Kyle received a Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Effects & Motion Graphics from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, FL. In addition, he has his Associate of Science in Liberal Arts, Math & Science from the Tompkins Cortland Community College and Certificate of Completion with Distinction in Technology Entrepreneurship, Stanford University.
