- Supported the team by helping to coordinate an extensive vote recommendation effort around the Senate Vote-a-Rama, ensuring that Capitol Hill staff were aware of WRC’s recommendations around key amendments in immigration-related legislation.- Coordinated the interview, hiring, and onboarding of multiple positions, as well as served as our external point of contact with vendors such as Quorum and PoliticoPro.- Designed an infographic-like document around access to asylum at the border, to ensure that MRJ has a one page visual recommendation to match some of our longer documents.- Managed MRJ/DC office finance-related activities, including but not limited to ensuring that bills are paid and working with staff to ensure reimbursements for a variety of expenses.

Oversaw daily tasks, such as the scheduled English, music and swimming classes, and in the office and make sure that they ran smoothly. Remotely worked on projects to summarize global COVID-19 responses from like minded organizations, created posters to demonstrate ways to stay connected for the volunteers of the centre.
