  I am a Customers' Relationship Management professional with 5+ years of relevant experience. I have served as a Memberships Processing Officer at Defence Raya Golf & Country Club Lahore (DRGCC), I was first point of contact at the members' help desk to solve their queries & escalation. I was responsible for maintaining records, related documentation and formal communication with members. I have also coordinated & conducted interviews of prospective members as well as reconciled & tracked payment records along with associated communication to members and internal to organization in case of any pendency. Previously served as a Guest Relations Officer at DRGCC, I have coordinated front desk operations to greet guests and resolve their issues. I have conducted facility orientation tours and performed guest protocol duties. I have maintained & updated the Information System (Wish) and logbook for room bookings & events. I assisted customers with making their travel arrangements. I was also involved in Customer Engagement initiatives such as processing & sending gift packs, cakes and customized formal communication appropriate to the occasion.
