I was responsible for: - Providing administrative back-up to the Sales Executives in: a) maximising sales of co-editions and licences.b) ensuring accurate fulfilment of all sales, from negotiating contract terms to ensuring the publication is produced on schedule. - Tracking production of co-editions, sending out translation material or ordering/sending out copies, and liaising with production/picture research/co-publisher on jacket design (rights clearance etc). - Keeping accurate and up-to-date databases, spreadsheets and documents tracking publishers’ interest, sales, co-production progress, invoicing and payments.- Overseeing invoicing systems and monitoring payments.
