As Head of Careers and Employability at a multi academy trust, I worked with young people, parents, HE and FE providers, employers, careers advisors and teachers. I have a CDI endorsed certificate in Careers Leadership.I spent nine years working in school, but have previously worked in academia, industry, the voluntary sector, and in the civil service. This wide range of experience has given me a keen sense of what young people need to be able to navigate the world of work.
