• Provide day-to-day generalist support to employees and managers by acting as front line response for team leader inquiries• Provide full support to People Partners on projects and programs including compensation reward cycles, talent reviews, benefits, employee engagement analysis, and training initiatives.• Manage local leaves of absence and accommodations • Assist with employee relations and performance management matters• Support ad hoc projects in partnership with cross functional partners from Recruiting, Legal, Events, Learning and Development and HR Operations • Partner with local leadership team to improve employee experience for Costa Rica based employees

- Team Management for 10 HR associates- Responsible for hiring and recruitment process within the team - Implementing new strategies and process improvement to make a better experience for candidates and new hires- Creating dashboards to visualize hiring information appropriately- Project Management to implement new tools to the team and document any new project.

- In charge of a team of HR associates, responsable of developing, and monitoring KPI's and internal metrics- Talent Acquisition responsabilities with emphasys in hiring based on business needs.- Project Management responsabilities to implement and assist in new projects, services and tools- Performing internal audits related to pay rates, retro calculations and leaves for US/LATAM

- Performing audits for pay rate changes, and processing retro corrections. - In charge of managing HR for HR employees, processing Paid and Unpaid leaves of Absences.- Talent Acquisition role to perform interviews and contribute to hiring decisions- Coaching and developing HR associates and contribute to their career paths.- Project Management responsabilities to document, test and implement tools, systems and services to the team.

- Processing pay corrections and support to LATAM, US & Canada.- Front line support for HR inquiries related to payments, paid and unpaid leaves and incorrect payments- Process improvement development for the team and ellaborate and implement new ideas.- Stakeholder management and problem solving skills
