Current● Support and implement strategic processes, customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy/practice changes, and/or variations from established practices to drive the business and maximize the customer offering● Proven success in developing and expanding services within existing accounts ● Responsible for reporting and revenue forecast on client portfoliosVendor and Supplier Manager● Conduct selection, evaluation and management of vendors and suppliers● Skilled in identifying buying factors and ability to position services effectively Client Relationship● Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and decision makers within assigned accounts● Ensure client value and satisfaction while also acting as escalation level on tactical and strategic level● Develop strategic account plans based on short, mid and long-term actions to grow the client relationship.● Know the market and maintain a good knowledge of all key competitors● Build and maintain meaningful and trusted relationships with customers and team membersAd-hoc Projects and Engagement● Gather insight on organizational needs and assist in strategic planning, project identification, and vendor selection● Prepare and present executive-ready client presentations, project plans, and communications ● Facilitate on-site consulting projects on ad-hoc basis
