I am a lean process improvement consultant with over 10 years of lean workshop facilitation skills, management systems development and leader coaching. I have worked in the healthcare industry for over 20 years including research, direct patient care, electronic medical records implementations and operational improvements. I have worked with small physician practices, large health plan companies, small to large hospitals and large medical groups with multi specialties including Group Heath Cooperative, Kittitas Valley Healthcare, Palo Alto Medical Foundation, Sutter Health and University Healthcare Alliance with Stanford Healthcare. Most recently I have been working on large spread initiatives of Medical Home and Population Health improvements across primary care and specialty clinics. These improvements resulted in increased quality of care, increased patient satisfaction, provider and staff satisfaction and cost reductions. Clients and colleagues know me as a strong collaborator with a focus on developing others. I meet people where they are in their lean journey and help them learn the philosophies and tools to create sustainable improvements that they will own. I help leaders manage by process and results to achieve excellence while respecting the people that do the work.
