Responsible for team rosters and training up to 10 full time, plus 5 casual employees.Project management for Sunsail: Preparing and organising a fleet of yachts for the Audi Hamilton Island Race Week and liaising with up to approximately 150 racing crews during the event. Helping to manage the operation for cyclonic and major weather events. Coordinate special events, overseeing of vessel management and managing crisis. Responsibilities: Briefing and introducing all systems and safety features of the charter vessel to the guests.Teaching seamanship, sailing and basics navigation to charterers.Cleaning and getting vessels ready for charter including safety checks and boat inventory. Accountable for Paris-Tour-Eiffel Harbour with capacity of 40 berths and vessels up to 40 meters length.Responsibilities: Liaise with local and international private vessel owners.Responsible for budget control of the facilities.Ensuring high standards and quality of the harbour and its facilities.Issue resolution with Paris City Council.Liaise with commercial vessel captains.
