Creative Direction / Team Leadership / Product and Web Design (HTML, CSS, jQuery) / Publishing / UX / Data Visualisation.Kurtosys is a global provider of Digital Marketing and client reporting tools that help Asset Managers attract and retain investor assets by using digital media to transform the way that financial information is presented, shared and consumed. When I joined Kurtosys I immediately received great responsibility in helping the company with J.P. Morgan UK campaigns and websites. Succeeding in those, I was put in charge of the redesign process of all the J.P. Morgan UK blogs and websites (the first Kurtosys project to receive a design award nomination), the ‘Guide to the Markets’ web-app and the new fund tools available worldwide. 
In 2014, I was involved in the Bank of New York Mellon project, for which I created a whole new brand guideline for web and mobile, redesigned the UK website and their document delivery web-app as well as the fund widgets they distribute across their partners’ websites. Working on the projects for these two clients, I have helped Kurtosys increase the Monthly Recurring Revenue considerably over the last two years, all while transforming the core business, improving Agile methods and internal procedures, focusing on UX throughout.Among the other clients I’ve had the chance to work for are important financial groups like Aberdeen, Cambridge Associates, M&G, State Street for which I designed the interfaces used by their investors and asset managers and the templates for their reports and documentation. I have redesigned two of the main Kurtosys products and created new ones for digital publishing, analytics and internal improvement. Designing wireframes, prototypes and final products during the process.Aside from the hands-on design projects I’m also in charge of recruitment, training and mentorship of the new employees and of clients wishing to use the products that Kurtosys provides.

I created brand identities, brochures, corporate and e-commerce websites, catalogues, Flash animations and I also organized small workshops to teach and coordinate the client’s team. Alfaweb has also launched a social media aggregator, Queexo, to which I contributed as a design and UX/UI Consultant.

I always enjoyed constantly looking for new solutions and trying to focus on research at least 20% of my time, even on busy days, to keep improving my knowledge and my skills and being able to offer the solutions that would fit my client best.
While contracting, I have established a long-term and fruitful relationship with three agencies you'll see listed here that have all hired me for diverse roles according to their project.I interrupted my freelance career when I started working in UK.

Art Direction / Team Leadership / Web Design (HTML, CSS) / Interface Design / Branding & Identity / Multimedia (Touch Screens) / Publishing / Posters / Art Photography.At Centrica, I was responsible for art direction and graphic/web design on a variety of media mostly in an artistic and high-level cultural environment (most notably, the Uffizi Gallery). The main artistic project of Centrica, a sort of competitor of the Google Art Project, won International prizes and gained the attention of the national TV.
 I have also worked as a photographer to turn into digital an important collection of classic Italian masterpieces (by Giotto, Vasari and Lippi among the others).
 Besides these works, I was also responsible for the design of the websites for a range of clients from the small independent company to the Regional Council (Regional Health Service, Regional Job Centre).

Creative Direction / Web Design (HTML, CSS) / Multimedia (CD-ROM) / Commercial Photography / Animation.AllRight hired me to provide creative direction to the Geomag website project and to create CD-Rom interfaces in Flash, photography for catalogues and website designs for a media provider and an estate agent.

Art Direction / Web Design (HTML, CSS) / Interface Design / Branding & Identity.Spazio were a startup founded by a photographer I met when in Dada. For them I assumed the role of junior Art Director and provided brand identities, CD-Rom interfaces, web design. Their main project was a local news aggregator (kiosks).

Web Design (HTML, CSS)From fashion e-commerce (Café Noir) to PC computer brands (Computer Discount) and telecommunication companies (CDC1085). Wayin was the first agency to launch a network of portals in Italy.

Web Design (HTML, CSS)Dada were pioneers among the Italian internet providers. Together we have built one of the first national portals, SuperEva, the first local news portal, Firenze.net, and the website of one of the first Italian online banking agencies, WeB@nk. During my time in DADA, I successfully participated in Web Design contests and was nominated among the "Top 10 Web Designers to Watch" in Italy.
