CurrentSmart About Health is a global, clinician-led health and wellbeing consultancy, training, and programme provider, run by a team of hundreds of doctors and psychologists. We work with corporates to support their health and wellbeing needs holistically and inclusively. My role includes:• Driving system-wide transformation by integrating principles of equity and inclusion into our health and wellbeing programmes, ensuring they are psychologically and trauma-informed.• Designing targeted initiatives for communities requiring direct support—focusing on psycho-education, reflective practice, and transformative training.• Facilitating supportive spaces for colleagues working in DEI to address complex challenges and foster inclusive environments.• Advocating for systemic change to dismantle barriers and create workplaces where everyone feels valued and equipped to make a positive impact.• Contributing to industry learning by sharing insights and trends, creating toolkits, articles, and guidance to advance understanding within the wellbeing sector.
