Responsible for materials engineering activities, vehicle and engine testing, vehicle emissions and operation of testing laboratories;• Provide leadership to a team of supervisors, coordinators with approximately 100 engineers and tests technicians in Brazil and Argentina;• Transversal leadership of a product engineering program focused on leaders´ development and increase satisfaction level of all employees;• Renault representative at SAE South branch.Achieved results:* Responsible for unifying vehicle and engine testing teams in Argentina and Brazil, achieving 33% of supervisors reduction and maintaining the same level of team engagement and performance;* Conducted a study and subsequent closure of the transmission testing operation carried out by the engineering team at the company's branch in Chile, generating annual savings of R$ 1.3 million;* Vehicle validations in LATAM increased from 75% to 84% through new investments in engineering tests and/or through new partnerships with services suppliers. This enabled us to reduce the demand for validations in Europe from 25% to 16%.

• Responsible for vehicle and engine testing, vehicle emissions and operation of testing laboratories;

• Responsible for products development and nationalization, manufacturing processes and assured quality of thermal systems and internal finishing, from the conceptualization to certification and homologation tests of vehicles in Brazil;• Responsible for costs, investments of up to R$ 200 million per vehicle model, quality requirements, compliance with the deadlines for the construction of tooling and implementation deadlines for serial production of all recent families in the GM vehicle line;• Strategic planning of thermal systems laboratory, managing resources to new investments and maintenance of equipments, whose annual contracts were approximately R$ 2 million;• Management of engineering teams, quality improvement systems, product durability and reliability;• Responsible for the implementation and subsequent management of a testing laboratory and proving ground in the city of Indaiatuba/SP, in addition to the responsibilities as an Engineering Manager in the Technical Center in the city of São Caetano do Sul/SP;• Budget management of R$ 3 million/year, establishment of goals and capacity plan for the department according to the division´s strategic goals, management of technical staff development, succession plan and performance evaluation. Achieved results:* Responsible for improving and maintaining the quality results (IPTV and QAS), achieving a reduction of more than 50% of the IPTV between 2014 and 2018; * Reduction of U$ 18 million in the calendar year of 2019 related to the implementation of a new air conditioning compressor technology and changes in the cooling system air flow control in passenger vehicles; * Lead a team of engineers in development, validation and releasing to production new thermal systems technologies that enabled a significant reduction of fuel consumption, achieving the goals of Brazilian legislation INOVAR Auto.

•• Responsible for attending the goals of costs, investments and quality requirements, as well as meeting deadlines for the release and the start of production of vehicles components and their certification in Onix, Prisma, Spin and Cobalt;• Lead the team of development engineers and other functional departments, as well as report the status of in progress projects to the director and program management team.

• Responsible for developing technical solutions for air conditioning and engine cooling systems to be used in new vehicles, as well as solving problems presented by vehicles in production, using expertise in engineering methodologies such as DFMEA, DOE and Six Sigma;• Preparation of the test plan and procedures, carrying out tests in Brazil and the USA, analyzing the results proposing possible improvements and solving problems identified in vehicles under development and/or vehicles in production.

• Engineer responsible for the air conditioning systems development and validation of small passengers vehicles;• Responsible for the analysis and implementation of quality improvements, achieving significant reduction in field complaints;• Conducted validation vehicle tests in the USA, analyzing failures and proposing corrective actions when necessary.

• Participated in “On the Job Training” in Stuttgart, Germany, in 2000 and was later responsible for validating the air conditioning module for a new Mercedes-Benz truck; • Responsible for the implementation of the air conditioning testing laboratory in Brazil, from the checklist of equipment acquisition to its start-up; • Product Engineer responsible for the technical support to main clients (Volkswagen and General Motors).
