Information Technology Headquarter in Rome▪ Responsible for the above end-to-end mission critical Enterprise systems for Infrastructure & Networks (multi million work force solution managing, about 4.2 million task request and over 210 million total transactions a year), coordinating work groups with internal and external resources involved in application development and requirements definition▪ Responsible of interpretation of related business goals, drivers and strategies; evaluating the technical feasibility and estimating the effort related to all stages of processing (analysis, development, testing), technical specifications and architectures drafting (including Use Cases, Message Flows, User Stories, Sequence Diagrams, UML, etc.), test and deploy supporting▪ Responsible to meet deadlines and budgets, ability to produce Powerpoint strategic presentations and report the results and successes in excel▪ New requirements and relative time / cost evaluating, new releases and configurations schedule and management until final roll-out over about 10,000 devices, issues tracking and action plan dealing with stakeholders for final fixing release, troubleshooting support▪ Support to the Business Plan definition and presentation (about 2M€ in 2011/2012 and 1,5M€ in 2013)▪ Scouting Android-based mobile devices in order to provide up-to-date smartphones for Telecom Italia technicians (about 10,000) with focus of enhancing customer experience and identify technology developments that may give rise to business opportunities which might not otherwise be recognised▪ Scouting commercial GPS navigation APPs in order to provide an integration within FAS system, working with NavNGo engineers in Budapest for iGO Primo application integration

Headquarter in RomeFAS (Field Access System) project▪ Collaboration with TELESOFT staff in order to project and create a new client-server solution proposal that provides remote access services for Telecom Italia on-field technician’s activities management▪ Collaboration with the Network Engineering staff in order to project and create the infrastructure to enable remote access via GSM / GPRS / UMTS / HSDPA (smartphone connection to the server)▪ Requirement definition, support to the development team, client and server component testing, ▪ Production of manuals and training documentation▪ On-field support to the end users for project start-up phase and roll-out on the whole national territory▪ In house support for system exercise problem solving▪ Testing of new releases
