When I worked there, it was a joint-venture between Hartford Life (US) and Icatu (Brazil).Key Contribution:● Coordinated the team that reviewed and published company's Investment Policy and organized the Investment Committee, in which I participated along with four Directors with direct reporting to the board in US and Brazil.● Developed the mapping of main Treasury and Accounts Payable back office processes, enabling the quantification of operational risks, which resulted in the decision of implementing an ERP system.● Led the ERP Oracle PeopleSoft implementation project to streamline all aspects of treasury, general ledger, purchasing, accounts payable, fixed assets and expenses activities, after identifying, managing, optimising and reporting all project risks and opportunities. ● Integrated Oracle PeopleSoft modules into eight business systems to improve productivity and efficiency.
