Care of detail, flexible and creative, fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish, I have specialized my educational and professional path in the Education and Training area, Protection of Human Rights, Project Management, Human Resources and Administration, first in Italy and then abroad, collaborating with national and international organizations, public, private and diocesan.The activities carried out in the field, in emerging geographical contexts and close to communities with multiple socio-cultural, political and economic backgrounds, have strengthened my skills in negotiation and strategic problem-solving within working groups and institutional counterparts, showing me the importance of the appropriate use of business management technical tools in complex contexts.The creation of networks, the use of a holistic design approach, motivational support, and increased awareness and responsibility in the individuals involved in the projects have represented a valid method for achieving the goals.I was particularly enthusiastic about the work carried out and very involved in its facets, potential, and purpose. It has enhanced in me the strength of the multidisciplinary whole and strengthened the idea that a change is possible if achieved in the frame of sharing responsibilities, cooperation, sustainable human development, and participatory solidarity.
