Ho lavorato in ambito automotive principalmente in area Lean Manufacturing, manutenzione, supply chain mantenendo viva per tutto il mio percorso la passione per l'innovazione tecnologica e per il lavoro in gruppo. Prima della mia ultima esperienza in supply chain, ho contribuito ad implementare le logiche della lean production, basate sulla creazione di un sistema di miglioramento continuo in officina, ha aumentato le mie competenze organizzative, dato rigore all'approccio ai problemi e insegnato l'importanza della condivisione con i vari team degli obiettivi e dei risultati raggiunti. L'esperienza come RSPP di stabilimento mi ha permesso di conoscere quanto sia necessario strutturare una cultura aziendale della sicurezza per far tendere a zero il rischio infortuni e come ciò sia sostenibile soltanto a fronte di costante controllo degli impianti e costante formazione e coinvolgimento sul campo delle maestranze.
