With 25 years of professional experience, I have been engaged in leadership positions during the last 20 years where I had the opportunity to develop and structure high performance teams. I also acquired high resilience capacity with strong experience in mergers and acquisitions environments.During this period, I worked for multinational and national companies from health and Insurance sectors such as Insurers, Healthcare Providers and Consulting and Brokerage firms where I could lead several areas such as: client relationship, product development, actuary and technical areas, claims. management , relationship with Health and Dental Providers.In Insurance Companies and Health Care Providers, where I have long experience, I had the opportunity to structure areas and teams focused on results and goals achievement. During this period, I develop my job in some areas such as new product development, portfolio and contract management, , develop KPIS for better manage claims, relationship with Regulators Agencies (ANS and SUSEP), actuarial pricing, statistical modeling and underwriting,As a executive director, I had the opportunity to develop and manage two startups (Benefits Administration Company and Insurance Broker), where I was responsible for identify management systems, develop back office areas and customer services and sales team, develop products with the Carriers, relationship with professional associations and develop of external (brokers and platforms) and internal (own sales team) distribution channels, including call center.During the last 07 years, working for the two largest Global Brooking Companies I was the director responsible for some areas as Client Management, Product Development and all the Relationship with the Carriers.
