In the last 25-year I have primarily managed historical premium brands maturing a passion for balancing strategically the levers of marketing mix across the different stages of a brand’s life.As a Country General Manager I have started the Italian branch of a multinational corporation and I have successfully developed the business of prestigious brands. I’ve always worked to deliver sustainable strategies in order to secure medium/long term life of the brands, while retaining an impressive track record of financial deliveries. I have worked to build and develop brand value and equity balancing emotions and rationale in mass communication and, in recent years, through social and digital. I have developed and aired break-through advertising campaigns capable to re-position the brand.A significant part of my professional life was dedicated to start-up business managing the entire process from the design of an entry strategy to the implementation and leadership of a commercial network.I have created and led lean teams by selecting only those resources that I believed were strategic to the organization, and I have implemented business models that widely implied resources from the headquarter and third-party partners.
