For over 20 years I have been involved in the activities needed to define, monitor, optimize and integrate business processes (BPM). Increase competitiveness, raise the level of flexibility, align the services with market demand, achieve employee and customer satisfaction, increase the capacity for innovation by keeping costs under control and avoiding waste, these are the main challenges I face for the company of workwear and PPE production where I’m employed. In short, I help organization decrease costs and increase efficiency. I like to improve employee performance by optimizing business processes (WCM) and I’m very lucky to lead logistic activities and warehouse management. I manage local team (25 workers) as well as contracted resources.
