• Responsible for Materials: Receiving, internal logistics, supply production line, release orders, billing and shipping. Improvement projects in the area; use of general warehouse (external); layout review seeking logistics lean process.• Development of new logistics operators; Elaboration of the qualification process with prerequisites check list for activities making the process standardized, independent and benchmark for new deals;• Management Planning, Scheduling and Production Control: responsible for production plan to delivery 30% of sales orders in 24 hours; Follow-up daily and constant; Management of demand changes for the finished goods and its impacts on the manufacturing load and on materials as well; additional costs and impacts on CM; High degree of negotiation with sales, purchasing and production; cost Analysis; scheduling for preventive maintenance.• Management Materials Planning: responsible for the planning of RM imported and local, control of deadlines in accordance with the current Forecast; Meetings with another departments to control and define action for materials in "slow moving" (low turnover); Developing Forecast for suppliers; Implementation of the re-order point• Critical analysis of Monthly Forecast revised and responsible for the S&OP process, linking operations and sales areas toward the customer's needs with the highest efficiency in the production, analyzes of points of failure, actions, changes, costs and deadlines.• Monitoring of targets and indicators (KPI) and development of action plan for indicators off target;• Recruitment and selection of new employees and performance appraisal.• Management of cyclical inventory process with accuracy of 99.60 %.•.Key-user of ERP Totvs / Microsiga areas: inventory, receiving, shipping, production planning and materials, scheduling and automation in data collection. Responsible for process mapping, assessment of adherence, process changes and end-user training.
