With over 20 years of overall work experience and 15 years in international development and humanitarian action, I am a Senior Finance and Compliance Manager at Mission Inclusion, a non-profit organization that works to empower marginalized and vulnerable communities to access their rights and opportunities. I hold a CDPM certification from PM4DEV and an AdmA designation from the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec.I lead and oversee the financial and operational aspects of complex and challenging projects and programs, ensuring compliance with donor and internal policies and regulations. My core competencies include program coordination, inter-agency collaboration, resource acquisition, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, auditing, internal control, inventory, KPIs, and financial ratios. I am bilingual in French and English, and fluent in Haitian Creole.
