- Responsible for the Brazilian subsidiary opening, being the legal representative since that and keeping charge of financial and administrative management;- Acting as pre-sales engineer working closely to sales team: presenting the entire company portfolio to clients (anti spam, web filtering, antivirus, firewall and IPS), discussing technical details, helping on fitting company solutions inside the client´s network, defining integration methods and solutions to clients, hardware dimensioning and helping sales team on defining prices and proposals;- Acting as post-sales engineer: defining methods of implementation, integration and installation inside client´s network solution; managing calendar with technical leader and clients; applying hardware and software optimization; being the point of contact in case of any client requirement;- Partially acting as technical deployment and installation engineer on huge installation clients and Government;- Acting as Project Management on all aspects: definition of project, selling, deployment, financial, charging, deliverables to the client, channel and integrators relation, hardware acquisition and inventory management, etc;- Responsible for training in LATAM, either in Portuguese or Spanish languages;- Mainly working directly with large companies, financial area companies, Internet Service Providers, govern and datacenters on LATAM;- Dealing with govern public bidding on Brazil, Argentina and Chile into all aspects;- Being the bridge between client requirements and internal software development team, helping on defining and prioritizing software features;

- Being responsible for the whole IT department, including datacenter and Service Desk team. Managing systems of: Barracuda anti spam, Checkpoint and Cisco PIX firewalls, Cisco and Enterasys routers, Cisco and Enterasys Layer 3 core switches, VPN, Linux and Windows servers (file server, Exchange, Active Directory, DNS), Central managed Antivirus, Gigabit Ethernet cabling, IP telephony, user PC support, SNMP software management tools and datacenter air conditioning.- Being responsible for IT budget definition, network and service improvements, Service Desk SLA management, 3rd part service contracts, Internet link management, project definition and management, managing team allocation and being the point of contact for the stock holders.- Also responsible for network equipment technical management and configuration.

- Responsible for the discipline of Network Computing to the regular Electrical and Telecom Engineering graduation courses

- As a student and researcher on computing network systems, also developing and being responsible for training courses and laboratories inside the university. Responsible for the high-speed internal network, Internet 2 Network, wireless network and video-conferencing systems.- Experience acquired with gigabit/10gigabit technologies, video streaming / VoIP technologies and equipment and video compression algorithms.- Huge experience acquired on training, since I was responsible for teaching on some laboratories to the regular Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering graduation courses.

- Responsible for the discipline of Network Attack and Invasion Techniques to Information Security Course that was available to the regular Information Security graduation course;- Experience acquired on researching and developing training material to specific training
