Current- The District Manger have the complete responsibility of the assigned area in terms of commercial goals and results, together with the management of the team.The DM have to grant the annual assigned targets, cost.
- Strong territory knowledge.
- Translate targets into action plans with follow up and punctual reports.
- Develop capabilities and competences internally
- Support the integration and connections of the sales team with the other company functions
- Assure the annual results in terms of sales, profitability of all business lines.
