Customer & OperationsAs part of the Global Front Office Transformation (FOT) project to implement and replace the internal CRM tool for Salesforce, I am responsible for creating stories with the activities necessary for development, monitoring stories and development, testing and identifying bugs. I am also responsible for identifying needs in strategic meetings. My goal is to ensure that the implementation of the Salesforce platform is successful, providing optimization of the company's processes and creating a connected international network.I am working collaboratively with the US team to ensure the project is completed successfully.

Digital Operations• Monitoring projects, defining business rules and participating in executive decision-making meetings (PMO).• Responsible for mapping processes and designing improvements in large companies and structuring operational transformation models suggesting new processes and methodologies;• Support the implementation, development and processes of the operational model in accordance with current regulatory standards;• Map and identify business rules and company gaps to structure new processes and flows to optimize the most frequent activities performed;• Prepare and develop a business plan based on market and operational studies;• Maintain integrated systems ensuring high data quality, suggest implementation of new technologies based on market studies;• Diagnose, understand and structure the operational area process.

FSO – Financial Services Organization• Monitoring and implementation of third-party Payment Methods (and Instant) systems, knowledge about Open Banking in Fintechs and multinational banks. Project leader in the segment to define the team and follow up on customer queries to open tickets along with support to provide feedback on progress.• Digital account implementation consultant in a new segment of the bank to grow the customer portfolio in the current scenario of the Brazilian financial market.• Preparation of commercial proposals for different segments of the current market, where market and field research was carried out throughout the implementation of these proposals.• Knowledge of processes, project management and configurations of Payment Methods solutions for institutions, as well as test management of these platforms.• Consultant for the implementation of the LGPD in a huge international bank, carrying out all functional surveys of the bank's areas, and defining new rules to adapt to the new Law. Held several forums to inform Bank employees about the new Law and the project in force .• PMO assistant for generating a document for BACEN, divided into different fronts of the project to prepare the document, such as requirements gathering, organization of different work fronts involving different areas of the bank.

• Preparation of Technical and Functional Specifications for other team professionals and direction of project activities.• General parameters such as flows, process builder, validation rules, formula fields, approval processes, etc.• Gathering requirements in meetings and making suggestions for better results.• User administration, on paper, profile, personalized permissions and creation of report and dashboard documentation for all types of needs.• Responsible for the parameterization part of the tool in the team and for analyzing the functions available in the tool and applicable at the moment such as flows, process builder, validation rules, formula fields, approval processes, etc.

• Understanding customer requests and executing stories in the agile model (Scrum) in the Salesforce CRM tool.• Participation in requirements gathering meetings and applying the best wayto implement the solution in the tool.• Responsible for the parameterization part of the tool in the team and for analyzing themfunctions available in the tool and applicable at the moment such as flows, processesbuilder, validation rules, formula fields, approval processes, etc.• User administration, on paper, profile, personalized permissions and creation ofreporting documentation and dashboards for all types of needs.• Carrying out tests after development.

Software Analysis, ISO 8583 Message, Technical and Functional Specifications, EMV Cards (Europay, MasterCard and Visa), POS (Point of Sale); TEF (Electronic Funds Transfer), Internal Documentation, test case creation, carrying out functional and non-functional tests, experience in projects with agile methodology.
