Customer & OperationsAs part of the Global Front Office Transformation (FOT) project to implement and replace the internal CRM tool for Salesforce, I am responsible for creating stories with the activities necessary for development, monitoring stories and development, testing and identifying bugs. I am also responsible for identifying needs in strategic meetings.
