Prepare teams for league and tournament competition while developing children to succeed in the world. Organize, promote & design the club's soccer school program for girls as young as 5 years old starting their soccer journey. Prepare sessions to help boost players performance during their season through our supplemental program.

Develop players technically, physically, tactically, and psychologically to help them achieve their full potential in a team environment, in alliance with the club's mission, values, culture & curriculum.

As a volunteer staff for the Manhattanville College Men's Soccer Team, I assisted with practice planning, & execution. In addition I also involved in the scouting of opponents in preparation for games.

During these 13 years of dedication to the club and to all Everson Soccer programs, I worked in various setting from clinics to teams, from privates to camps. I gained vast experience working with boys and girls from 2 to 18 years old from beginners to elite players. My last role was as Player Development Director working closely with coaches and parents to find the best path to maximize the development of each of our players. My goal was to ensure that parents and players understood and supported the different stages of of a soccer player development.
